This is a video showing the common on/off problem that people get with Samsung LCD TVs. The common cause is due to bad capacitors on the power supply board that have blown, but after taking the back cover off of my TV, I saw that the capacitors did not look blown at all. A friend and I replaced the 10v and 25v capacitors with 35v capacitors anyway, hoping that they were blown without looking blown. Even with the capacitors replaced, the problem persists.
